  6. employees. The Payroll System is an online, interactive system that is
  7. easy-to-use and provides for all your information requirements. Standard report
  8. sequence is by employee number, however, reports can be in any sequence that
  9. you prefer. The user can have any combination of current, adjustments,
  10. year-to-date and quarter-to-date dollars reported by 1) Detailed Earnings
  11. Report with current and accumulated earnings by pay type for each employee. 2)
  12. Payroll Register with a record of each check and listing of all pay, hours,
  13. deductions, and withholdings by employee. 3) Current Tax Ledger with employee
  14. tax withheld and taxable gross amounts for both employee and employer. 4)
  15. Deduction Registers with totals of each deduction type and year-to-date and
  16. quarter-to-date deductions. W-2s are printed and checked. Payrolls may be
  17. weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, or combined frequencies. Employees
  18. may be salaried, hourly, commissioned or paid at various rates. Nine different
